We received a call from Claudia today. The contract has been approved. All that is needed now is the second deposit of $9000 and a couple more signatures and away we go.
We are meeting with Claudia on Wednesday to take care of the little bit of paperwork. I am very excited. This is one small step in the whole process, but it is one step closer to a new house.

The papers are signed
On May 17, 2009 after a couple of hours of confirming decisions with the representative from the builder, all of the paperwork was signed with Reid-Built Homes. We have signed off on the start of construction of a 2100+ sq. ft. home called the Lakeport. It is a 2-story four bedroom home with a loft. We think it is absolutely amazing.
The home is being built in the subdivision in Sherwood Park known as Foxboro. Foxboro is one of the older new subdivisions. It is located on the eastern part of Sherwood Park between Wye Road and Baseline just off of Clover Bar Road. This site is the developers website showing all of the features and amenities of the subdivision.
